The premise behind the Hub campaign is complex. The campaign was done to educate apartment buyers that the quality of life in an apartment building is, in part, dependent on the quality of construction.

The campaign directs people to information vehicles (brochure and website) where they learn useful pointers on how to find the apartment they really want.
